As an existential psychotherapist I understand your issues as problems in living rather than from a medical perspective. The approach looks at the person as a whole, living in your particular context. This includes your relationships to others, your culture and to yourself as well as the way in which you live and act in the world.
We will explore your personal values and beliefs and put into perspective your assumptions and judgements. The emphasis of the work will be on your concerns, your experience and what is important to you. We will need to fully understand your current experience before we can look at what you may want to achieve and how you might go about achieving it.
Through this process you will gain a deeper understanding of what is meaningful for you and will be able to make informed choices about the way in which you live your life.
